Terms and Conditions

General Policies

All rates are per person double occupancy. Single guests may request a room of their own for an additional fee.
Single travelers interested in sharing a room may be paired with other tour guests. Scamp ‘n’ Rascal will pair you with
a same sex roommate. If a suitable roommate cannot be found, we will notify you 30 days prior to the trip date. You
can then opt to cancel your reservation with a full refund, or participate as a single and pay the single rate for the
tour. Single rates are listed on the price schedule.

Prices include lodging, meals as specified for each tour, baggage transport, marked routes where indicated, sag
support with snacks on the route, a Scamp 'n' Rascal tee shirt, transportation to any tour activities that are not at the
night's lodging or within walking distance, and entertainment some nights.

Tour guests who will not be cycling are welcomed at the same rate as cyclists. However, we are not equipped to
transport people from inn to inn. They will need to make their own transportation arrangements.

We do not have bicycle rental available.

Alcoholic beverages are not included. If you want a glass of wine with dinner it will be your responsibility.

If you request, we will transport medical supplies for you, but strictly at your own risk. We cannot assure that
medications will be maintained in any particular condition, including temperature.

State law prohibits operation of a vehicle (and bicycles are classified as such) with headphones in both ears. We
cannot condone the use of ipods, etc.

We STRONGLY ENCOURAGE the use of an ANSI approved helmet.

It is your responsibility to get to the start of the event. Airfare and airport transfers are not included in the tour.

PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATION POLICY

The deposit listed in our price is per person and is due with each registration. Tour balances are due no less than 30
days prior to the event. No invoices will be sent. Non-payment of trip balances will be considered a cancellation.

A cancellation fee of $75 per person to cover our administrative costs will be assessed on all cancellation notices
received at least 30 days prior to the tour start date. If Scamp 'n' Rascal receives notice of a cancellation 15-29 days
prior to the tour departure date, a cancellation charge of 50% of the tour cost will apply. No refunds will be given if
notification is received fewer than 15 days prior to the trip departure date.

Scamp 'n' Rascal considers notification to be effective the date written notice is received by us.

There will be a $20 handling fee for any returned checks.

Because situations can arise that necessitate cancellation of a planned trip, Scamp 'n' Rascal
recommends you consider travel insurance. Several companies offer travel insurance. Two options are:

Scamp 'n' Rascal Liability.
Scamp 'n' Rascal Cycling Adventures will not be held liable for any delays, loss or damage to person or property or
additional costs resulting from any circumstance over which it which it has no control; including but not limited to
delays, cancellations or changes in transport over which it has no control, act of God or government, civil
disturbances, riots, fire, thefts, or strikes; consumption of alcoholic beverages; and the adequacy of any medical
attention provided. Scamp 'n' Rascal is also not liable for any expenses such as meals, transportation or lodging
costs not specifically identified as included in the tour price. Scamp 'n' Rascal reserves the right to change the tour
itinerary and substitute similar accommodations when deemed to be necessary for safety or quality control purposes.
Scamp 'n' Rascal also reserves the right to cancel a trip due to natural disaster or low enrollment. In such event,
Scamp 'n' Rascal's liability is limited to a full refund or full credit toward another tour. Under no circumstances can
Scamp 'n' Rascal be responsible for any other travel related expenses incurred, such as airline reservations or airport
transfers.

Jurisdiction and Venue
Each participant in any Scamp 'n' Rascal cycling adventure agrees that jurisdiction in any lawsuit instituted in
connection with the undersigned's registration for or participation in any Scamp 'n' Rascal tour shall be exclusively in
the Court of Common Pleas for the County of Northampton, Pennsylvania and by signing below, hereby submits to the
personal jurisdiction of such court for the full adjudication of any case or controversy. Each Participant further agrees
that the laws applicable to any lawsuit will be the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. By signing below, the
participant hereby waives any rights he/she may otherwise have to contest such jurisdiction venue and choice of law.
